These terms apply when you use this site, which is run by Shenton Brokers. By using it, you agree to them.

What this site does

This site compares general insurance plans from the insurers on our panel and helps you continue to the insurer you choose. We do not take payment or issue policies. Your policy is a contract between you and the insurer, on the insurer's terms and policy wording.

Quotes and prices

• Premiums shown here are worked out from your answers and the insurer's current rates. The insurer confirms the final premium and terms on its own site before you pay.
• Quotes are valid for the period shown with them. After that, they need to be priced again.
• Prices on our price pages are indicative, for the assumptions stated, and are not a quote for you.

Your answers

Please answer every question truthfully and completely. An insurer can refuse a claim or cancel a policy if the information given to it was wrong or incomplete.

Your account

You sign in with a code sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure, and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account.

Links to insurers

When you continue to an insurer or follow a link to its website, you leave this site. The insurer's own terms and privacy policy apply there.

Using the site fairly

Do not misuse the site, for example by trying to get into accounts that are not yours, by sending automated requests that overload it, or by entering someone else's details without their permission.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
